How soon will my purchase be shipped?
Every effort is made to ship your items within 24 hours of order completion. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the Monday (or first business day) following the weekend.
What are The Pooka's return policies?
We have a 7 day return policy for non-working items. Most items that we sell will have a manufacturers warranty, and any problems with these items should be addressed with the manufacturer.
